SHEET STEEL REINFORCING
Sheet steel is used to reinforce the polystyrene surface. Only straight sides and wide curves can be reinforced, as described in the table below.
Resistance to perforation: 36 kgf/cm² |
DRIP
The profile of the drip can readily come into contact with the iron fasteners and be compressed. All topforms with drips have a stiff plastic element that sustains the pressure of the fasteners during concrete pouring, thus eliminating any compression mark on the concrete.
Resistance to perforation: 23 kgf/cm |
REINFORCED CORNERS FOR SPACER FITTING
According to D.M. (Ministerial Decree) 9/19/96, reinforced concrete for the majority of civil buildings must have minimum iron coverage that varies in relation to the “exposure class” , from a minimum of 20 mm (class 2 a) for damp environments to a maximum of 40 mm (class 4 b) for marine environments. arbloc has reinforced one of the corners of the profile with a stiff plastic insert, on which a cement or plastic spacer is placed. This way the weight is distributed over the stiff profile without deforming the shape.
Resistance to perforation: 40 kgf/cm² |
PLASTIC LINING FILM
Our PVC film has been made to withstand outdoor weather conditions and is guaranteed for at least two years of exposure. The 12/10 thickness of the film is specific for this use and guarantees more resistance than the standard adhesive films available on the market. Moreover, the special mix and quality of the materials used guarantee less retraction when exposed to the sun.
Resistance to perforation: 6 kgf/cm²
