Setting up
1) Apply the release agent (supplied by arbloc) on the molds
2) Place the molds to the carpentry.
3) Place the nails from the outside to mark the points where the ties will pass through
4) Perforate the polystyrene with the electric perforating machine
5) Fit the plastic spacer and then the steel tie.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE OF THE MOLDS

The corners
To create the corners of the molds we recommend you insert wood or plastic elements in order to avoid a 45° cut. The outside corner: insert a square piece of wood or plastic, which must not be thicker than the polystyrene mold.
The outside corner: insert a 15x15 plastic profile as shown in the diagram.

The coping
With DECOR molds you can also simultaneously create the coping of the wall. If you use the same setting up panel like a side board all you need to do is keep the mold a few centimetres under the level of the concrete.
