Arbloc’s formwork for stairway soffits are created in polystyrene foam coated with different types of materials. arbloc’s cutting system allows for complex shapes such as helicoidal, circular, crow’s foot and stairs with overturned steps.
arbloc combines over twenty years artisan experience with computer design, detailed and tailored to the stairs that must be constructed. The result is custom-made formwork that enables our customers to achieve uniform pouring of concrete throughout the slide.
Consistent concrete density in the casing of the stairway is guaranteed, both in the inner and outer part from start to end, according to the dimensions of the design. The coatings vary according to the form of the stairs and have different functions: from PVC film for easy detaching from the concrete, to smooth panels or strips of planed wood
for facework concrete.
