Arbloc formwork for stairs intrados are made of styrofoam and coated with different types of material. The cutting system used by arbloc allows the creation of complex shapes such as the circular helicoidal staircase formwork, or the handkerchief-shaped one and the one with inverted steps.
Arbloc combines twenty years of craftsmanship experience with computer-assisted design, tailoring the concrete stairs formwork on the clients' building needs. The result is a mould made to measure that allows our customers to make a concrete cast of constant depth throughout the slide.
The homogeneous concrete thickness in the stairs body is guaranteed throughout the internal and external parts, according to the dimensions set in the project. Coatings may vary depending on the shape of the staircase and have different functions: PVC plastic film as a simple detacher for the concrete, smooth panels, or shaven wood lists for bare casts.
