MONOTUB DD - FORMWORK FOR CIRCULAR COLUMNS
Installation

Setting up :
MONOTUB DD is created with materials offering higher mechanical resistance than cardboard; less thickness permits creating a product that is extra resistant and lightweight.

MONOTUB DD is lightweight and can be rapidly and easily handled on the work site. It only needs to be locked in two places to set it up; firstly on the base, then at three quarters its height for plumbing.

Concrete pouring :
MONOTUB DD is time-saving and can be filled up rapidly in a few seconds. The concrete must be vibrated in order to obtain a quality surface.

Removal :
MONOTUB DD can be removed at any moment: the day after or the following year. The part in contact with the concrete is in polyethylene and therefore does not adhere to it. The wire inserted on the inside enables cutting in a few seconds with noteworthy saving in labour costs.

MONOTUB DD is ideal for facing surface columns because the formwork can remain in place until the work site is shut down.

On site storage :
MONOTUB DD is stored in vertical position, even in uncovered areas, for a period not over 30 to 90 days.
MONOTUB DD does not need to be protected with a plastic sheet against the rain. When it is not possible to store them vertically, we recommend that you do not stack many tubes one on top of the other horizontally because the excess weight could deform them over time.
