 A. Cleaning and applying the release agent
rapidoget formwork is cleaned immediately after removal when the concrete residuals have not yet dried; it is then treated with the solvent-free release agent supplied by arbloc s.r.l.

 B. Setting up
rapidoget formwork is light and therefore very easy to set up. After the two shells have been joined the steel bands are positioned according to the diagram supplied by arbloc.
C. Plumbing and concrete pouring
To achieve perfect plumbing, rapidogets are supplied with a band equipped with 3 supports on which adjustable props are fitted.
Pay special attention to concrete consistency and the vibration, which must be carried out as pouring advances. |
 D. Removal
To remove rapidogets, the bands are slackened and then removed from above.
Removal can be carried out even the day after concrete pouring also during the winter because the polystyrene inside the formwork insulates the concrete from the cold and speeds up curing. |
