The LMONOTUB DD formwork for columns is made of a sheet of extruded recycled polyethylene, K24 ft paper and aluminum.
This sheet is composed of several layers, whose outer ones are made of polyethylene.
The main characteristics of this material are its high mechanical strength and water resistance.

MONOTUB DD formwork is impermeable and can be stored in the work site without any covering. It maintains its mechanical resistance even after exposure to rain.

The MONOTUB DD formwork is waterproof and can be stored on site in the open air. Even when wet from rain retains its mechanical strength. These special formworks for building can resist casting pressure of up to 8 meters.

MONOTUB DD formwork is thinner than a cardboard tube and so lighter to handle on building site. This feature allows you to reduce the time of arming and disarming.

The "fast" version of MONOTUB DD is equipped with a steel wire inserted throughout the tube in its full height. At the time of disarmament it is pulled out so cutting the tube. This can save more than 50% labour compared to the cut system.
