LMONOTUB DD formwork is made of an extruded recycled polyethylene sheet, K24 ft paper and alluminium.
This sheet is composed of several layers, the outer ones of which are in polyethylene.
The main features of this material are: mechanical resistance and impermeability.

MONOTUB DD formwork is impermeable and can be stored in the work site without any covering. It maintains its mechanical resistance even after exposure to rain.

The mechanical resistance of MONOTUB DD formwork is very high, with up to 8 metres resistance to concrete casting pressure.

The thickness of MONOTUB DD formwork is thinner than cardboard; therefore it is light and easy to handle in the work site. This feature significantly reduces setting up and removal time.

The MONOTUB DD “rapid” version is equipped with a steel wire running through the entire inside length of the tube. During removal it is pulled outwards and cuts the tube. The advantage of this is a 50% saving in labour costs compared to other cutting systems.
